Policy

Policy (as of June 2022)

Payment

  • Cash or Zelle Personal only.  

  • Paypal for our online "Shop".

Reservation

  • A deposit is required to guarantee the availability of an item/service.

  • The remaining amount will be due 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the event date.  If the remaining balance is not paid after 3 email notifications, you will lose your deposit and your reservation will be cancelled.

  • If your event is within 2 weeks (14 days), you will have to pay the full amount for reservation.

Security Deposit (for rentals)

  • A security deposit is required when renting our decorative items or dresses.  We will return your security deposit after inspection of the returned item(s).

  • Please allow 15-30 minutes after dropping off the items for inspection.  If you do not have time to wait, we will Zelle you back your security deposit within 24 hours.

  • Security deposit amount is based on the value of the item(s).  

  • We only accept cash for security deposits, we will not accept any other methods.  You will NOT be able to pick up dresses or rental equipment without a security deposit.

Pick-up & Return Date (for rentals)

Monday:          7pm - 10pm

Tuesday:          7pm - 10pm

Wednesday:    11am - 3pm

Thursday:        11am - 3pm

Friday:             11am - 3pm

Saturday:         CLOSED

Sunday:           11am - 3pm​​

Late Fees

  • We will add a day of charge for each day that the item is late.  Please refer to our pickup/return hours.

Cancellation

  • Cancellation of any items or services must be done within 7 days after the deposit date for a full refund, otherwise your entire deposit will be forfeited.

  • If your event date is within 2 weeks (14 days), there will be no refund for cancellation.

Damages / Rental Returns

  • (Such as severe scratches, dents, stains, rips, missing and/or loose beadings, etc.). When item is returned, an evaluation will be done. Any one who returns the item in bad condition will be charged for any of the damages done to the item. That means that their deposit will not be fully refunded. Anyone who returns the item in great condition and on time, the deposit will be fully refunded. We will refund your deposit within 24 hours after the item is returned to us.

  • For decorative items such as traditional trays and tea ceremony setup, please make sure the item(s) is cleaned (same condition when you picked them up) before returning to us.  If it is extremely dirty, covered with candle wax, food or etc., you will lose part of your security deposit.

Alterations on our dresses/gowns

  • No alterations can be made on any dresses/gowns being rented. Please do not customize our decorative items or any add-ons to our dresses/gowns without our permission.
